I heard a rumor that some schematics can only be picked up by those that can learn them.
Is this true and if so does it apply to the Mondolorian Wine Schematic?

is it only a random drop or do u also get it for the rebel quest in the DWB?

Its a random drop from what I know. Like the DE-10 pistol barrel or other loot that can drop down there.

I'm pretty sure it is totally random in the DWB and doesn't matter rebel or imperial. I doubt you will see too many chefs running around the bunker, at least I wouldn't survive the excitement of the first 5 seconds.

I enjoy running around the DWB with my PA mates with my Master Chef tag on. Of course, I'm a Master Rifleman as well, which makes me useful.
