I thought I had read that additives in some foods didn't help to enhance the food at all. If this is true, can I find a list of these somewhere. This would be good for chefs who don't have access to bio-additives, but can still make quality foods.
This can also be useful to pass the time if you have run out of additives.

Certain stats on some foods are uneffected by additives.
For example Brandy has only one nutrition stat that is effect by additives, that being the health regen. The other nutrition stats remain the same.
The stats change on each food, but that is the general principal.

Every food can be affected by additives. Some foods, as Higginsis said get a reduced or no effect form certain types of additives. You wouldn't want to use a nutrition additive in one of the instant artisan foods, for example.

Ruby bliel has no change. Stimpack roundtime is 30 with or without an additive.

With or without a NUTRITION additive, which was my point. Charge & fill aditives still have an effect.
