How high can you get various buffs? What variance in buff stats do you get?
If there is little difference in buff size then the question is if it might be better for you chefs to improve food in other aspects than just buff size. If experimenting only give 30-50 more on health for exmaple it might be better to make food easier to use, maximizing duration/filling to maximize stomach usage and duration. I would rather have a filling of 33 than for example filling 40 and 10 higher health.
Of course hard to plan for food if you don't know what is intended or not.

That's what I usually do. A lot of the new foods don't change much even with a Nutrition BE additive. It's so hard to come by the Flavor and Filling BE Additives tho, since they require harder to acquire resources. If they made the resource requirements on those other additives match those of the nutrition ones, then we could make a lot of nice variations... but we're pretty limited as it is now. I will make some Flavor and Filling additives for my personal use but it's just not feasible to make these in large quantities for retail.

i agree, want to use the reduce filling BE stuff to use in the cure disease foods but it requires stupid amounts of meat.
