My sales after CU are pathetic..... Pre-CU I was making quite a bit of money, now my income has dropped atleast 80%

And I can see why after using the foods/drinks on my ALT who is a combat toon..The problem isthatFoods/Drinks do not make a big enough difference to justify the price we ask for them, I have already dropped my prices in half of what they were in the Pre-CU and its not helping.. If I drop them anymore then Im basicaly losing money, because of the cost of obtaining the materials/bios to make them. This is very frustrating...

I know the Dev's want to stay away from buffs being a requirementto play this game like Pre-CU, but they have nerfed the food/drinks so much that there is no reason to use them. They don't make a big enough difference in combat to justify them. Im not saying make them crazy powerful, but atleast make them so therenoticable and people feel its worth buying...

Its sad, but from what i've seen if you hunt in big groups, the only professions needed are Weaponsmiths, Docs (for healing wounds), Entertainers for healing BF an Shipwrights for building ships... Every other profession is basicaly useless. Take Armorsmith for example, if you play in a big group, armor is not needed. I see guys all the time without armor fighitng in big groups now... Im affraid SOE jacked up the crafting professions and its just a matter of time before everyone realizes they don't need any of there services anymore (with the excpetion of the profession i mentioned earlier)... <sigh>

I have over 20 different Post CU foods items stocked and my sales have been great! I don't see how your sales have gone down unless you are just trying to sell the same old stuff you had in stock pre-cu then I can understand becausea lotof the Foods I sell now I did not even stock before. I would suggest actually stocking some of the wonderful new foods we have available, there are tones of different buff foodsmost of them seem to sell quit well, and there are also a lot of great defensive and offensive foods

2 questions, have you relisted your stock, and have you made the new foods that are popular post CU? If you are having a problem selling old stock, thats the problem, its old stock.

The Pre CU stuff isn't useless, its just labeled wrong and the crates don't show the correct stats till after its pulled.
If you have made Post CU foods, trying advertising more strongly, put special deals on, lower your prices.

My old stock is selling well, and from what i read alot of chefs are already finding successful sellers. Its times like these you have to think outside the box and adapt.
