Ok, so there is all this food that helps out regeneration of HAM but CTRL-C doesn't show anything other than how much action and mind you have with a %. Maybe we can push to see what the current regen rate is so we can see what foods are actually doing what?

In the meantime, maybe this will help as a reference:

Someone scanned through the CU tre files for the species stat adjustments, and that's what they found. There's no guarantees that those are correct (they might've changed, there might be other adjustments going on, stat's other than health may be bonuses with CL, etc), but may give a good baseline.
