Almost every time I go into a cantina, I hardly ever see a "bartender". All I'm asking is for mabye to go to your local cantina and be a "bartender" for a while. It doesn't have to be the whole day.

Hey Neo,

Well, I have tried to bartend many times and can spend 30 minutes to an hour in the Cantina with very few sells...(the same stuff sells out in the bazaar in the same time frame). I keep trying hoping maybe it will catch on but it has been a very tough gig. The lag in the Cantina is so bad also that some of the customers cannot accept the items they are purchasing. I spent$600 dollars upgrading my computer torid myself of the lag to make the sells easier, but some of my customers still experience really bad lagand are unable to trade with me inCantina. I usually have to run outside of the Cantina to actually make the sell if they do not get frustrated and tell me justto forget it.

Spread the word that chefs are trying and always buy from the bartenders when they are around and you will definitelysee an increase in our numbers

I work at a little club called THE Womp Rat. Its just north of Anchorhead on Tatooine, We had our merchat setup a NPC Vender named Bartender in the club. That way a player char doesnt have to waste his/her time trying to sell. I am a musician/mixologyst I rather play and remind people that there is beer/whiskey for sale and hear them rave about it then just sell beer.

I bartend on and off depending on what I am making and what time of day. It's a lot harder then standing there, other than the fact I can't read most people's names because everyone is usually massing in one spot, there are the trade window glitches which can be a pain.

If you're on Starsider, stop by the Coronet Cantina. Chances are you'll find me behind the bar with my trusty LE Repair droid, mixing like crazy.

I dont bartend at all. My idea of fun is not that of standing for 20 minutes waiting for a sale worth 200 credits. Thats all there is to it. You expect us to bartend when you can in the same time run a pair of missions for 3000cr or more?

I think I'll just stick to leaving descriptions detailing how to contact me for bulk orders on items in the bazaar, and having my vendor marked on world map. All my stuff sells out faster than I want to make it, and I have a back-log to last me as long as I need.

Despite the last week, I almost consantly bartend in the Tyrena Cantina on Corellia. I have a BLAST doing it, especially when its busy, and when it ISN'T i still have a great band playing for me. My prePA, Fatal Xceptions is a mostly entertainer PA, and they all rock, I'm their official bartender.

Anyway, I haven't done much lately once i actually hit Chef. Why? Because i got ONE new drink...just ONE at novice chef. I would have like one more, at least. But i can't make 45xp(which includes uxp) a drink and expect to get to Mixology 1 in lesss than a year. Anyway, I haven't frequented the chef board yet, and I'm sure you all complain about these issues daily. Just wanted to say that my SW dream is to be a Bartender/cantina owner. I actually hafe a house I'm setting up to be a cantina. It's called T.A.B. It stand for The Angry Bothan.

Anyway..I'll keep an eye on this profession board. Keep cookin'

Oh god...please never ever ever read that post again. I can't believe I didn't write this after a good nights sleep, when I could have checked for all the terrible typos.

You sir, are not a chef. You are a grocer.

I am a chef, not a bartender. Not a cook. I make high quality foods only.
