Thread: How high can you get Veghash and Vegeparsine?
I am trying to figure out the most effective way to get my regen stats up nice and high (constitution, stamina, willpower). I checked out a website that lists the base stats of all the food. However, it doesn't say how much room it takes up in your stomache, whether it's food or drink, and also how high it can get when experimented.
So, if any high level chefs have played with these stats at all, I would like to know the most effective way to boost all 3 regen stats as high as possible for as long as possible. I am also looking into doctor enhance packs, but I would need to take master doctor to get those, whereas food I can buy from someone else.

If fullness wore off when the buff did ....that would be awesome. It would make experimenting on durration less effective.

If you are working on Items with subcomponents (soypro).....make sure you max out your subcomponent as well....it does effect the final product.
Sugestion: max out a soypro......make a factory run....max veghash.....another factory run......play with Vegeparsine.
Fun Fun

We need a little testing on factory based subcomponents.
1) Does the Quantity attribute of the Veghash affect the Vegeparsine, and by the same token does quantity of a Starshine affect a Sunburn's final product, even though there's only one 'charge' of what you pull out of the crate?
2) Does a handmade crafted subcomponent, yield exactly the same results as a factory one? Factory created items are a different type of item to the game engine. If you make a food item with 1 charge, you still get a '1' on the icon in inventory; Factories still make early beta 3 style food (Yep, no charges back in the day folks, and same resource requirements. And you thought we sucked NOW?Of course, back then it was only 22K xp to get 4th tier boxes, so a lot has changed)
3) What is affected by the subcomponents, they don't have a visible Flavor, PE and Quality, so how do we figure out what's a better one for use in a final product? (Not really a factory question, just a subcomponent one)
sub components only seem to do anything if they are not from Artisan and they only help Nurtitional Value
Sub component does nothing to aid quantity or Flavor and Texture
Flavor I think is buged though even with the best resources it seems to come out at 3%
the.. "something-starshine" that isavailable in Domestic IV boost strength and stamina.. I have been fortunate enough to experiment that up to +130 on both for more than 600 seconds... and since they stack you can get a VERY nice boost for 10 minutes, if necessary. I could probably get it even higher, but I need to make myself a better crafting tool, since mine really suck

as for filling, I'm not sure, but I believe each shot will take about 15-20 minutes to get out of your system.
Food takes space in your stomache for the duration of the effect. IE: when the effect wears off, it stops taking up space (bug makes it so character sheet doesn't update properly. My question is, how many can you eat before you are full (assuming you start on an empty stomache)?

What would be a good food combination to buff my Health and Willpower then? I could suck down two sunburns (18.5 action/second while standing), what could I eat to give me a nice willpower and constitution boost? I am thinking about taking master doctor and buying food, so a high willpower regen would be good to as I can use enhance packs for my constitution.

FireStew can have high constitution buffs, but has a willpower debuff. At high levels of cooking you can probably get rid of the willpower debuff for a very good and lasting constitution buff.
With cooking 2 and good components (specialy bristley hide that boost flavor like nothing else) I can make Veghashes that buff con/sta/will for 100+ for 210 secs. I bet that a master chef can do much better.
I have nothing that would boost willpower significantly for a long duration. Maybe Vegesparine is the way to go, with Sunburn.
