Thread: Quitting the game for a while... had a party! Reasons to come back inside.
Hi!
i'm quitting the game for a while, but wanted to relate reasons u might want to come back. Friday, i decided i'd be happier somewhere else. So, i decided to take all my food (over 1 million creds worth) off my vendor and have a Tea party and invited everyone from my PA and others i had met along the way. Today was the day, and i had a blast. We danced, we sang, two chicks got married, and i gave everyone at least 6 crates of food ranging from breath of heaves to fishak suprise to sunburns. I've still got loads of Veghash and pet food too. And, at the end, we went outside my restaurant and watched a fireworks display one of my friends put together in my honor.
It was an awesome time and i'm glad that everyone showed. If there is a reason to play this game, or any of these types of games, this is it. No matter how many jawas u slay or no matter how many Krayts u kill, what it comes down to are the people u make friends with. I'm still gonna talk on our guild web page (www.oftheshrub.com), and i'm probably gonna come back after cities, mounts, and vehicles are in, but for right now, even after tonight, this feels right.
so, Chef has problems.. but friends are the remedy.
Let's hope some of my guild follows me to final fantasy eleven!!!!!
My prediction: that FF11 will irritate you as much, if not more, as swg.
It's going to take a while to 'bed' down this beauty and I doubt that any complex mmorpg will do any better.
from what i've heard, it's actually less complicated than swg
swg was my first mmorpg
perhaps i need something a bit les complicated to ease myself
