If you can not exp on the fillers, will the resource quality matter for the product?

Ok, I was wondering why my thread where I tested this wasn't showing up, then realized that a 1 day post had dropped to page 2. Traffic's definitely picked up around here....

well I only harvest/extract the best resources anyway. What's the point of being a master if yadon't use the finest ingredients?
