I'm a Master Chef on Gorath and have a warehouse full of Fishak and Bivoli, will these food retain their buffs after the new patch goes live??

Yes, but I doubt that having downtime and seeing how new buffs are you can find a market for it unless you drop the price drastically.

For me, all these food will be only useful for decoration purposes or very situational.
