Ok, here goes:
Does the Stomach count as 1 bar now, or still 2 different bars for food and drink?
How long does it take to empty?
When you die, does the buff wear off and the stomach empties, or is the buff off and the stomach stays full, or hopefully does the buff and stomach remain the same.

Two bars, one for drinks, the other for food (and apparently scout foraged items).
The bars go from 100% full to 0% full in 30m. They do this at a steady rate, so if you drink 2 50% filling drinks that last for 45m, after 15 minutes you're half full, and after 30 you're empty again. The buffs will continue until it's duration is done. It works out to subtracting 3.3 filling per minute.
I've been lucky enough not to die too often on TC, so I'm not sure how that affects either the buffs or the filling. In the best of worlds, you lose both, but I do know that on Live you lose the buff and your stomach filling remains after cloning.
