I just took a preorder last night from an aquaintence that had never bought food from me before, a smuggler, no less. He asked for 1 crate of 7 different types of food. Naturally, Smuggler's Delight was at the top of his list.

If this is a good indication of how our business is going to go, I think I'm going to like this. More work, but more fun than just crankin out the same old fishak day after day, i think.

Hmmm. I was hoping this might stimulate a little conversation, but no one seems to be biting.

So, does this mean that im the very first non TC chef to sell one of the new products?

Or are there others out there that have people that havesubmitted preorders? I'm curious, because we chefs can talk amoungst ourselfs about what we think will be popular and what won't and what composition of orders will be like, but the only thing that truelly matters is what the customers think and react to it.

I've done my best to package up some of the information that has been put out here on these boards into something which the customer can relate to and do some premarketing and trying to generate a little buzz amoungst my customers. It seems that I have gotten a lot of favorable comments about our new menu coming out and very little negative, but hard to judge if that will pan out in sales.

What has everyone else been experiencing?

I told my customers not to take pre orders because of the constant changing that was occuring. When the patch hits, I will make some of the more popular TC foods and see how they sell. But it seems vasarian brandy will bea big seller.
