veghash vs ithorian mist
I've been told to do both for grinding, more often the latter. Was just wondering what makes mist better than hash? According to lists, veghash takes half the resources, even with the subcomponent. Do people grind ithorian mist just because it's easier not to have to deal with grinding a bunch of syopro, then grinding a bunch of practice veghash, or is it significantly more XP on top of that?

I think xp is directly tied to the amount of resources you use (my assumption). IF this is the case, here's the following comparison:
Veghash - total of 45 resources (includes amount of resources for Soypro)
....versus...
Ithorian Mist - 80 resources
With this in mind, Veghash takes 2 steps to get final product at less xp, where Ithorian Mist is one step for more xp.
Ithorian Mist is the best xp (most efficient) for your time and money (over Veghash). However, if you want to sell what you make, Veghash is more valuable on the market.
It's faster, I believe, to practice grind Ithorian Mists...if you do Veghash, you can't practice the soypro and need to have the inventory space to store that subcomponent, yet another hassle.

Not having a subcomponent and more resources used makes Mists a much better grind item than Veghash. Mists are pretty much the way to go overall.
