Thread: need lots of cereal (to master chef asap)
Let me guess.... a Holocron told you so....
I honestly don't think you'll get much help from the other chefs here in the forums. Not only do we need our precious wheat to make our own food and such, but have you read any of the other threads to see how the other chefs react to HolocronChefs? There's not really that good a feelings towards them.
It might help if you put what server your on, though. No good for someone on Starsider to say they have wheat when you're on Bria.

Not only would I not give a holocron chef any of my wheat, but I would burn his fields and salt the earth.
I enjoy my elitism. We don't like the tourist chefs.

To the original poster, it's pretty much a given that if you're grinding through a crafting profession, you won't be able to get any resources from others in that profession. We need it for our own grinding. However, there are generally vendors on every planet that sell resources, check the planetary map under "Vendors -> resources".
Or you can pick up a couple medium or heavy floras and a moisture vaporator. If you go that route, check with chefs on your server and planet for good spots. Good flora spots are rarely as crowded as you'll find at metal or ore concentrations, there's usually room for everyone.

Its not about elitism, its about **edit** coming in here asking for help without even searching the forums first, then you dont even get a thankyou. Its about doing something because you love it, while other people who do it because a holocron told them so flood the market with underpriced food.

It's my understanding that most people who do their holocron macro grinding, do so in practice mode. It doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to make all that food and have it fill up your inventory, only to delete it or sell it for paltry sums on the bazaar. On my server (Ahazi) chefs are few and far between and chefs who sell openly to the public are even less common.

I try to sell, i try to give away for free.. no one bites ..

Okay, then how about... these chefs come in, buy up the resources we need cheap in order to make a living and drive up the price? Will that do it for you?

I have nothing positive to add, I just waned to see how many quotes I could nest together.

I was actually trying to help the guy there. If people haven't noticed the resentment real chefs have towards Holochefs, then they are blind. I was merely tossing up a warning that the original poster wouldn't receive much help here.
As for you saying that I suck, I find that largely offensive.
