i would like to master chef and would like a little info if possible.

I plan on familiarizing myself with all of the foods and creations, but would like to know which rescources to stock up on in the meantime? which resources should i always have on hand to become a MAster Chef? and any details you could possibly provide about them and how to get them would be very, very,very much appreciated!!! see that post at the very top of the page thats stickied up there that says the big bad chef faq...faq means frequently asked questions Did you know that your question is the number one asked question here. I bet you could find a ton of information in that post

why don't they just turn boards into pages for FAQs???? i mean really, whats the point of message boards when everyone just says: see the FAQ???? why can't someone just answer a question.

Because its in the FAQ, try looking at the FAQ and questions that are still unresolved there can then in turn be posted on the message board.

People posting repetitive posts that can easily be found with a little effort is a nuissance for everyone else.

Because we are sick and tired of answering the same stinking question 5 times a day. Thats the point of a faq dont you think? And when you originally made your post if you had bothered to look 4 posts below, you wouldve seen your question asked again...and probably another 5 below that and 6 below that. Thats the point of a FAQ. Just because you got a holocron doesnt mean that everyone else should do everything for you. Fortunately for you, its already been done and explained and you can read about it in the faq...its THE FIRST post on the page for a reason. Or you can act as if you are too good to read and expect other chefs to log in your character and get master chef for you and get the frosty reception you got. This board is for the discussion of CHEF, not the discussion of becoming a Jedi. Explaining how to PL through chef every 4 hours is NOT discussing chef.You guys keep coming in here and stinking up our board because you are all too good to read. We are happy to help you if you have a legitimate question and put forth an EFFORT to try tofind the information you need. But how dare you think its OUR responsibility to explain how to powerlevel through chef every 4 hours, when you could get off your butt read the VERY FIRST post on the board and have all the info you need. Take some responsibility for YOUR character and at least bother yourself enough to read any posts on the chef board. Did you just come here and read absolutely nothing and just make your post? Thats certainly what it looks like to us.

and if you are not a holochef, then I apologize for saying that however that doesnt change anything else...the question you asked was still answered twice that I saw at a glance on the first page of forum when you posted your question. The answer is no different for you than it is for anyone else. Its not a special method for a special person...its all the same, all you have to do is read it.

Its good form, especially if one is new to a forum, to spend a little time reading and researching before asking questions. Its nice to see you are interested in mastering chef and would like more info. We have dozens of posts already written over the last several months that should answer just about any chef related question you could have, in addition to the FAQ stickied at the top of the forum.

Overall its actually nothing personal...you have to realize that before holocrons, there was...maybe...one person a week that would pop in and want to know how to master chef quickly...since then there are dozens every week asking that exact thing and mostdecide their question is the most important thing in the world. In their world...probably...but all those posts do is clutter the forum and make it even harder for others to find good information and good conversation. On top of that, most that have come here have been rude and condescending...often insulting the profession that manyenjoy. Only an insensitive fool would fault people for being upset after weeks of dealing with this nonsense.

That said...welcome to the chef profession. The FAQ at the top can offer a LOT of information that should help you get started. If you have any additional questions, feel free to post them. There are many knowledgeable chefs who can provide answers...especially to those who are obviously making an effort to learn the profession and not just grind through it.

We shoud sticky that message at the top of the board and title it

"Holochefs, please read this first"
