Are resources stats on a planet static or do the stats vary?

ie. you find Naboo fruit by Deeja Peek and it's stats are OQ=100, DR=100, PE=100. Will these values vary around Naboo (For the same resource)or will it be the same stats everywhere on the planet?

Resource stats are static for a given named resource, and all flora of aparticular type (like Nabooian Fruit) is identical planet-wide. So if you sample "Blah Nabooian Fruit" at Deeja Peak, surveying around Theed will still get you the same "Blah Nabooian Fruit" with the same stats.

Resources do shift out eventually, so next week Blah could be gone, replaced by Meh Nabooian Fruit with new stats.
