Cause I made bivoli the other day and it was 95% exper and it only came out +21.645.

What type and power of bio-additives were you using? Even with near perfect resources you're going to need at least +113 or so heavy nutrients to get bivoli over +25.

I think Kier nailed it. You probably used a lower quality food additive than you normally do.

I'm guessing you put a medium additive in there instead of a heavy. I know when I used mediums for bivoli, I was right around +20-21 for buff size.
