There's an update to Fooman's tool (additions by Jenner, 1.66 is the one I grabbed) that includes all crafting professions, including chef, so you're in luck there.

A couple of things, though:
1) There's a typo in the "required resources" list of Correlian Brandy (it had "Correlia Berries", not "Correlian Berries". This led to some out-of-range errors in the macros generating the "What to harvest today", although selecting which stocked resource worked (well, except for Correlian Brandy).
2) There seems to be some problems with the new resource types added for JTL. I don't know if there's an updated one, but I've been hacking away at the "No exception" and "Resource DB" sheets to sync them up with the new data returned from swgcraft, but I'm pretty much editing blind.
