Ive heard that you can mis match casks in factory runs and be ok, but can you mis match componets like Alchol or even better Bantha Butter?

Alcohol should be cheap, grind 3 by hand, make a schematic, and see if it works. Just use indifferent ingredients.

i dont have the lot space for a factory right now 
so i was just wondering because im planning in advance what i need to make... also i need to make a run of bantha butter but finding milk in 5k whole stacks is sorta hard on my server... so i was hoping if someone knew if you could mis-match those...

Nope, again, the only thing you can mix and match are casks with different serial numbers. If you need to make bantha butter, you'll either need to find a stack of milk that's large enough, or find several smaller stacks (still, the same milk) and combine those.
The easiest way to get milk is just to harvest it yourself, though. I haven't found anybody that sells it regularly and most of the stuff you find on the bazaar is in quantities too small to use.
