Is there a list and description of what food does what? I know the basics but I am trying to explore more into this and find out what does what. Is there a "master" list posted somewhere?? Thanks for any input

You know, that's a great idea. And maybe someone could make a post with a link to the list. And maybe that post could have something done to it so it would "stick" to the top of the chef forum, so anyone coming in can see it without having to worry about bumping it! And it can have a catchy title like "Read this", so no one misses it!

Just messing around with you, I've been working too hard today and I"m starting to get a bit loopy. This is probably what you want. Just FYI, the numbers given do not take BE tissues into account (I'm still trying to figure out a good way to incorporate the various types), but as a rough estimate the buff size will be 1.55x, 1.85x or 2.15x the given values (depending on how big of a tissue can be used in that particular schematic).

LOL god*&^% smart ass sourcastic chefs. Just cause u wear funny hats doesnt mean u have to hate on me...LOL i guess i could have read though sorry for the n00bish post. I had just read through like 120 posts and i was pullin hair.
