when i am rdy to exp i get 9 uses, 320+ for 34 min and 50 fil, and i have 11 point how come i cant get 18 uses :/

You need to use casks. You are using either small glasses or barrels(which are bugged).

Well, I hope you're using small glasses for those stats.
With small glasses, Brandy stack size is 6 to 10 (6 at 0%, then +1 for every 25% in the Quantity category). The only way an 11 point chef can be getting buff/duration that low is if you were dumping everything into quantity, and it'll still cap out at 9 use stack (since hitting 100% isn't really possible).
With large glasses, brandy stack size is 9 to 15 (9 at 0%, +1 at 25%, +2 at 50%, +1 at 75%, +2 at 100%).
With casks (the "standard" for drinks) stack size is 18 to 30. Most chefs don't experiment any in quantity (leaving it at 18, maybe 21 if the berries/fruits have good OQ/DR), putting the majority of their points into buff size andduration with maybe a point in filling.
Make friends with a tailor (you'll need 2 trim for each cask) and a grind-quality gem vendor or grab a heavy mineral harv or two (a 20 crate run of casks require 75k crystalline gem).

"when I am rdy to exp" means "before doing any experimentation", doesn't it? I was thinking those were stats after spending 11 points. Ok, that makes sense. Yeah, just get casks, and you'll be starting out with 18 uses, rest of the stats the same, ready to improve them with experimentation.

wuhu got 18 uses , 412 for 40 min i hope i can get higher somehow, when i get my last point
