So does this really help at all in the success rates now, or does foods work just as good now?

read alot of things saying it doesnt and then others that it does.

POKEY THE PENGUIN SIG REMOVED BY GARVA BECAUSE "Just because you are crafty enough to get around the technicality of it being a .jpg or .gif does not mean it is not an image, it is not ascii art, it is an image" SO HERE IS MY NEW SIG.

There was a note about it in the publish 8 patch notes that city specilizations were sometimes not being applied, and had been fixed.

So even if people had mixed results in the past, they should give it another try and find out.

Good catch Spacey,

Somehow I had glossed over this in my first reading, but here is the quote:

Player Cities

  • Added bio engineer trainers to the list of possible skill trainers

  • Fixed an issue where in some cases the city specialization would not be applied.

  • Tatooine player garage ramp edge fixed: both sides now crossable

I'll have to test this out. Thanks for mentioning it.

Ok this is for anybody but I am sure our wonderfull correspondant knows.

Do you have to be a citzen to get the research bonus?

I myself and pretty postive that ya dont, but some of us on Tempest are at odds on this. I myself cannt really test it out since I am 4/4/4/0 in FS Crafting so I cannt tell. If there is a offical post and ya have a link please provide it so the debate can be ended. Thanks much people. BTW I have looked as well but have not found a definate answer myself...
