I played a chef briefly, and gave up on it. Why? Are buffs, except for a select few, are no better than novice artisan buffs. As a result, I was basically reduced to selling cookies to creature handlers forfood, shich was not my original intentions or expectations on playing the chef. There are a few ideas in which I believe that a chef would become a more vital part of the Star Wars Game.

1) Make our buffs stronger! Not as strong as a medic or spice, but at least stronger than artisan confections!

2) Make some of your dishes come with special abilities. Example: You munch on some extra-yummy cake. Therefore, you get a small bonus to like 2 abilities, but your ranged accuracy goes up by 5 or 10 for a peroid of time. Or you can regain the use of burst run. Or you basic run/walk becomes faster. You know the idea. The items would not be broken because you can only consume a set amount of food or drink, and they only last for a short peroid of time. It also makes sense. If you have some extra-caffenatedbeverage of some sort, why woundn't you be hyper and run faster? Or if you had a beer and got a little drunk, could you not hit harder due to the inhibitions to care for oneself? Of couse, doing this would also lower, say, you defence, or possibly your accuracey. Whatever to make it balanced.

You know, I think that's all I have for now. I think the second idea is kinda new here, but I haven't been to this board in a while. Tell me what you think.
