What's most important for meat? Herbivore meat to be exact. Flavor? Potential Energy? Overall Quality?

-edit- Would be master chef that is. Apparently the devs don't really care about fixing the fact that our products are pretty well broken.

So I guess that should read..

Does the same hold true for all organics? And if so, is there one quality that's more important than the rest?

Forgive the n00b questions, I'm a tailor just starting to venture into chef, I'm not used to all this experimentation stuff.

Theoretically all 3 stats should be affected equally by flavor, pe, and overall quality. This is for all organic and inorganic ingredients. In practice you find something very different. Quantity seems most affected by overall quality, the other two stats by some odd combination of oq, pe, decay resistance, unit toughness, and probably something else. Flavor actually doesn't seem to be hugely impactful to food quality currently.

I just go for high overall stats in any stat the ingredient has, particularly oq. And I have some really great herbavore meat I save it for meds .
