What we need to do is post CSR tickets pointing out the problem, and have our customers and friends, etc., to do the same. This may be the only way this will get fixed anytime soon. I have yet to see any dev even acknowledge that there is a problem, so the odds are that they don't know about it.

That would work if every ticket I placed wasn't just deleted within 10mins & no replies
