Hello everyone!
I'm going to make my alt character a master chef and BE. I have some questions. Do I need master BE for the tissue use in enhancing chef foods? Also what's the fastest way to go master chef? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you need Master BE for Intelligent Nanonutrients and the heavy filling tissue. The extra point or two of experimentation doesn't hurt either. With BE 0404 (I think Tissues are the second branch, the fourth branch is experimentation), you can probably do decent (if not stellar) BSNs and MNSs.
As for MCH, try the CH forum. 
Although I can say that when you're working with low-level pets, Sweesonberry rolls are very nice. An extra 1k HAM is a definite improvement when you're using tamed CL 10-15 creatures. BE creatures, on the other hand, are usually pretty hefty in the HAM department already.

Well in that case, I'd like to direct you to the Chef FAQ in the "Read this" sticky. It's got a grind path (with a couple variations depending on the resources you can get), along with quite a bit of information on cheffing in general.
