i have compiled a post on the Shadowfire trade boards of my current food and stats i would really appreciate if you guys owuld chekc it out and post here what you think about my food

Well, first off, those are some pretty nice numbers.
A couple of tips:
1) On the brandy, drop one experimentation point from Nutrition (will drop the buff roughly 10-12) and put it into Flavor. That should bump the duration to 45m, which puts you over the top for digestion / duration. At 49 filling, two brandies take just over 44m to digest completely.
2) You may want to double check with doctors, but +24 Bivoli might be more desirable, even if you have to drop the duration. Try to keep the 3 use, though. If you can hit +25 / 3 use, even better. As long as the duration is above 12m30s, it should last longer than the digestion.
3) Just as an FYI, you can probably get away with using slightly lower-quality tissues in your Havla and still break 100. I tend to pick up cheap 81-83 bonus BSNs to use in this food, since the amount of experimentation needed to hit 100 is about the same. Then I save the 87/88 BSNs for other stuff.
Other than that, looks like you've got a pretty good selection. You might try offering two flavors of Vercupti: one 50 fill (even if you don't think it's that good), and another focused on buff size. Most of the commonly used foods are 33 fill or less, so even a 66 vercupti can be useful to many players.

thankx for the input guys....i use high tissues bc i make my own lol im working on bring more foods to my list and i can get the +24 i was just messing around with that run of Bolivl wanted to see how it sold
