Empire Continues Ban on Milk

The Imperial Food Council today announced that it was continuing its ban on milk and milk-related products for the forseeable future, due to the continuing spread of Mad Nerf Disease spreading across the galaxy.

"So far we've only seen cases in the Outer Rim territories," said Imperial Food Moff Gert Moowin. "Fortunately, its just smugglers, spies, riff-raff, nobody important. But the number of cases is spreading!"

Although numerous scientists have spoke out against the Imperial Food Council, stating that the council's research does notprove conclusively that milk causes the disease, most of these scientists have since been executed.

"The Imperial Policy is clear," Moowin said. "Anyone caught distributing milk in large quantities is subject to Imperial subpeona, travel restrictions and bounties."
