Thread: Hmm, not sure how to rate this drink
Well, the stars aligned and some Hurlothrombic finally spawned on Chilastra. With the Hydron-3 and Methanagen I had hoarded from previous shifts, I could finally check out that rarest of non-bugged-schematic drinks: the T'illa-T'iil.
The results using 3 experimented aludiuns, 946 OQ Methanagen, 395 OQ hydron, and 453 OQ Hurlothrombic: +117 Focus, +117 Willpower for 234s.
It doesn't have any negatives, so it has that going for it, and mind secondary buffsare pretty rare in the chef tree. But I'm not sure if it's worth the 210 resources required and the factory time for the alcohol. Plus, the experimental flavor category is completely borked by the fact that there's nothing in this with PE or Flavor (other than the cereal and fruit in the Aludian, if that's even taken into account).
So using a very conservative 3cpu and a bit for factory time, would you pay 640 for a 7 use stack of this? Two of these (I took the stat hit to verify you can drink that many) and one or two Bivoli's might make a Combat Medic's day though. Although the short duration is another point against it.
We just go the gas on Radiant (but the stats are horrible, none above 60, not kidding either)
I think as far as drinks go it is the missing link, while before only Ormachek (food) could buff mind, will and focus this drink actually buffs focus and will, something my customers have been looking for.
As for is it worth the 210 resources, like many Chef dishes no, I only got a 220s duration on mine which is less than 4 minutes, not really enough time to do much and with only 100 bonus I can't justify selling this at any price I would make a profit at. It's just not worth the resources.
Seems like a pretty low yield for that much hassle.
I keep a single heavy gas processor todrop onquality reactive -on those rare occasions that it pops up.If all you consider is theamount of work necessaryto find and harvest three _specific_ types of inert, this drink should command a very high price ... and there is no way the buffs are worth that price.
ie ... it would be worth way more than 640 per 7 to me, but not likely worht much more than that to the buyer.

I'm a medic and MCH. I go up against some very rough mobs, especially when hunting down the rarer items (nightsister elders/spell weavers and crystal hunters to name a few). I always have one or two crates of muon gold on me, because stuff happens, and sometimes I need to use it to keep my darling pets alive and kickin' during combat. For something that buffs secondary mind stats and -doesn't- have a pukey downtime, I'd probably pay quite a bit.
Most healers aren't as capable as I am of getting cash though, so your main customer base is probably going to be quite poor, considering the extreme prices people charge them for resources and the lack of tips during raids and when healing in med centers.
Personally, I'd pay the cost of 3pcuish.
For the extreme difficulty of locating these resources, and the really underwhelming stat returned, I'd have to say no :-/
