You guys say secondary stats on food is fixed?

Well, I beg to differ.

I'm praying that it was just something stupid I did on my part and that you guys are right and it is fixed, (for the record, I'm not a chef, just a customer that would like to have your class fixed.) but todays debacle left me worried.

Forgive me for not taking note of the specifics more to give you guys adequate feedback so you look at it yourselves, but I was so frustrated I ended up turning the game off.

So let's see if I can remember....

I know I took Angerian Fishak, did a powerboost, at that richate I believe it's called, and that one ting that looks like the shape of an egg but it's colored like meat, then I went to fight some stormtroopers.

At some point during the fight I took some Tattooinian sunburn and that other blue drink that buffs to of your secondaries. (sorry for not having a better knowledge of food, I just look at what it buffs and say 'cool, I could use that right about now!)

Well when I got a break in the fighting I stopped to heal myself and took off my armor, upon being fully rested I noticed that I could no longer put on half the armor I normally could. I looked at my character sheet after removing all the armor and had an encumbrance on my Quickness for almost 300, and this was after the food had worn off.

I had to finish my fighting without my armor, but durning the fighting I alternated with different foods to help me out, and each time I ate food the encumbrance jumped up and down to different numbers after the effect wore off, but it never went to zero, which is what it should have been with me wearing no armor.

It didn't get fixed till an AT-ST killed me an I cloned.

Like I said, I should have taken better notes to relay to you guys, but at the time I was pissed and I'm just now thinking clearly while scouring the boards (hehe).

So, I'm just saying be mindful of the possibility that there still may be some issues with food.

Encumbrance is determined by what armor you are wearing. The buffs you get from foods and spices and such are added in a separate column.

Which is exactly why that made no sense that that popped up after the effects of the food wore off, and I was no longer wearing any armor.

I shouldn't have any encumbrance if I'm not wearing any armor.

This is an ARMOR bug. It's been happening all over. It has effect people who were wearing armor OVER their encumber limit before the patch went in. If you were wearing it when when you logged in after the patch and took a look at your secondary stats, people who get this bug all had 1s next to their substats and ecumber numbers that were WAY over what they should be allowed. Remember before the patch when you had those negative wounds on your character sheet? Like "-108 wound" to stamina or willpower? Those were always meant to be penalties they just couldn't punih yet......Now they can LOL.

Quick solution to get those stats back? Get DB'd and now be more vigilant in getting armor with lower encumberance. Look at it this way, if the Devs wanted to change the way people use armor how can you get their attention quickly no matter who they are and when they play? Your answer is my answer

hmmm, thanks.

I guess I'll scour the armorsmith forums to get more educated on this.

In that case.

I'm glad food is fixed! woohoo!!

I'll start buying by the crate now.
