Try doing a search for the hundreds of posts that list exactly what you are looking for. Odds are at least one is on this or the next page.

OK sorry but... while the original response was somewhat rude, there is no "easy" answer. It does take time to type, and it takes MUCH less time to do a search for what you need, or even just scroll the topics on the first two pages. One other poster was actually even copying and posting links to these posts every time somone came in and did a post like this.

I will be glad to help anyone who wants to talk seriously about the issues. But too many people come in here and say "I'm a holochef, please tell me how to get through your crappy profession so I can be a jedi, oh by the way, didn't mean to trample on you on my way through or anything, please go about your business trying to roleplay and enjoy the game."

Hmm, that came off a bit rude in itself, didn't it?

And i realize with the time I spent ranting I probably could have given you some useful information. *sigh*

Ok, buy some harvesters and windmills; go to www.swgchef.com (I think that's the right one) they even have a calcualtor so if you want to figure out how much money it will cost you to make your resources. Put a bunch of floral harvesters out and get lots and lots of grain, and somewhat lots of berries. Grind Wastril Bread till you're blue in the face.... I can't help you beyond that because I'm still at Mixology I and I've been a "casual" gamer chef for about 3 months now.

Please don't take the above comments as rudeness directed towards you, I know there are a lot of people out there who just want to be a jedi, and the devs have made the seriously dubious decision that you can only be a jedi by mastering several random professions. I know that my chef character will never be a jedi because he can't shoot a blaster to save his life, so what happens if he has to be a master rifleman to get his FS slot?

Don't worry about it...some folks are just a bit sensitive.

In the future though, try using the search feature before asking...a little self-relianceopens the universe for you. Some professions aren't as nice and fun-loving as chefs... /shudder
