trying to make brandy can't find good fruit or the bio components anyone know where

Resources are server specific so most people here will have no clue where there is a good shift of fruit on your server. As for the BE additives, try auctioning to be some on your galaxy trade boards or look for bio-engineers in game and ask if they make them.
