I pretty much beat most of what you have...but then again I am on another server.
I know things are server dependant...but why not get your canaps to 33 fill or sacrifice one point of power in your brandy for time? Not having 45 Min brandy blows.
Also, I do realize its 99% resources and nothing to do with skill, however: 1084 HAM / 49 Fill Vercupti / 6 Min 49 Seconds.
I think you and most Chef's realize that any 12 point chef is MUCH likeanother 12 point chef. We mostly use the exact same resources. The ONLY reason I am better than alot of chefs on my server are: 1) I have a VAST variety of foods ... 2) I always go for 12 point amazing Scheamtics.
Sometimes I am better because I have enough cash to buy resources in LARGE bulk and therefore have some really old resources other chefs don't have access to....but that dosent really make me uber.
I think we have MANY MANY excellent Chef's on Intrepid and there are room for many more.

i think its very good bivoli... mine is 25.25 same other stats
your brandy if also quite good *bows*
the canape though... why not go to 33 filling? i can still hit 709 with 33 filling with6 usesso you can take 3 of them and get +2127 versus your 1464?

OK, not trying to be cocky here, but I believe I have the best foods on Lowca.Not just because I've never seen any better than mine, but also becasue I can sell 40 crates of any given item in just one day of placing them on my vendor, at higher than average prices. For instance, just yesterday morning I put up 40 crates of the best brandy I've made to date for 300K per crate, and they were gone in 18 hours (after posting the stats on the trade forum). Anyway, here I'm listing my current line of product... oh and I have some 2-3.5 million units of resource to make quite a bit of about everything here at these stats, so it's not like a one time deal. But in anycase, getting uber items made, like all crafting professions in SWG isn't about skill at all, but about getting the best resources and having enough patience during expermentation. Go play UT2004 on a clan server if you want to see if you have any skill in your game playing. So here are the goods:
Vasarian Brandy (+440mfw/42min/18uses/50fill) ...I've made (+456mfw/35min/21uses/49fill) in the past but dont think the durration makes it the best I've made... except for PvP
Vagnarian Canape (+732fw/12m13s/7uses/38fill) ...I've made (+751fw/10m43s/7uses/38fill) in the past
Thakitillo (+101.23 defence vs knockdown)
Bivoli (+25.26/15m36s/3uses) ...I've made (+25.74) in the past
Synthsteak (+44% damage reduction/33 hits/5uses)
Blue Milk (+638 mind healing/15 uses) ...using mediocre milk
Vercupti (+1378 HAM/68 fill)
Pikatta Pie (+50% dodge)
Cristos Sno w Cake (+40 accuracy)
Notice I've left some stats out, usually filling and durrration, or uses... only because I forgot them off the top of my head, and don't feel like logging in to get them (I'm lazy) but the effectivness is the main stat anyway. Now I sell minimumly full schematic runs of any of the above foods within a1or 2week timeperiod on my server. I use 3 accounts for 30 lots 10 for housing/storage, 15 for harvestors, and 5 for factories. I'm a fairly well known chef, and I put my vendor location in every schematic I make like this: "Vasarian Brandy (+440mfw/42min/50fill/18uses) By:Beater -347-4980 Naboo" which fits just right. I keep 50-200 million credits in the bank depending on if I'm in a meat buying spree for my BE food additives or not. I just have BE's make me schematics using my resources.
My template for being a master chef:
Master Chef
Master TKA (For getting my own meat)
Scout 3/0/4/0 (For harvesting Milk and Meat)
Artisian 4/4/0/4 (for making powerups, and surveying) ...I used to have merchant 4/4/0/0 but once you get your vendors set up you can drop this, as it's a pretty worthless class IMO.
Skillpoints left over= 0
If anyone doubts any of these food stats, I'll be happy to post screen shots of them

yeah canape at 33 fil +712 is very good seller,as is 43.5min +417 brandy...and thats not 12 point exp even,i have the resources to force the 450 37 min ute type,but they want duration and buff

On your incap food .. 100 percent is all you need...anything over that does nothing. Normally I use low end broad spectrum in them (80-81) as intel is over kill.
