i can't seem to figure out how to give power to my factory...

I don't know if it has to be a specific kind of power or what...

I have a food factory and am wondering how i get it powered

Any type of power will work, i.e. wind, solar, radioactive. Radioactive is the most efficient. All you need to do is have a stack of the power resource in you inventory and click the deposit power option on the factory radial menu. You can harvest the power yourself with the appropriate harvestor, or buy it from a power dealer.
