Hey folks thanks for all the wonderful and helpful advise I have garnered from this forum... On to my question..

I am just starting the Chef grind and was wondering how much XP I can gather before capping out when I have Desserts 4. I was not paying attention last night and wasted a bunch of material clicking away when I had already capped my XP...

Anyway at Desserts 3 it capped at 100000. Now I am desserts 4 and don't want to repeat this..

So have you already trained the Desserts 4 box, or you've just learned 3 and are grinding for 4?

Once you have gained the 4th row for any branch, you cap out at 200k food crafting xp. I'm not sure about the 3rd row, though.

you're sure about 200k?

I was pretty sure when i was crafting for FS XP (stopped after a while), my cap as Master was 120k I think.

Or was it 80 even? Not sure, but i think 80k was the Merchant cap.

Actually, I guess I'm not sure. It's definitely above 100k, though.

/check food crafting xp (been capped for a while, haven't taken the time to do FS)

Sorry, I guess it is 120k. As far as I've seen from other professions, the cap at Skill 4 is the same as Master, so if you have Desserts 4 you should cap at 120k.

Thanks you guys are the greatest. I did train in the 4th box last night so I can do 120K XP without having to stop my clicking... It is very different than combat (900k XP possible) and it tells you how much you get per kill so when you cap you stop getting the message.
