Looks pretty good, although I think this can theoretically hit +25 defense (but it's probably about as tough as +25 Bivoli).
I forgot the filling was so low on these. I'm in the process of expanding my menu, maybe I'll try tracking down some high OQ Neutronium steel...

i did not know if there was a cap on range defence so i stoped at 20 and put the rest of it in on the time to get it to 23 min thinking that adding 6 min to the time was wearth more then 5 % to defence or am i wrong ? and ty for you awanser

Food buffs aren't restricted by caps (well, other than the limit you can reach with 100% experimentation + 100% additive). Even if a player has capped their ranged defense from template + SEAs, Thundercloud's bonuswill still stack on top of that. I made sure to confirm that with the devs (and FYI, Squad Leader group bonuses stack with the +125 cap and food).
As for whether +20 / 23m30s is better or worse than +24 / 17m30....I dunno. My gut reaction would be that the longer duration would be more desirable for players who have a high "natural" ranged defense, while the +4 increase might have a larger relative benefit for low-defense players. To really make the call would probably requiring knowing all the details on the increase in misses for a given increase in defense, which I don't think has ever been determined. I do know the devs almost never reveal inner details of the game like that, but maybe some player testing has been done.

My last batch of elshandruu was +23.5 for 17m 24s, 16f, 18 use. It was for a special order, but the customer said that it exceeded their expectations, so I don't know if the other stuff they'd picked up was inferior or if they'd just never been able to get it before. I used very high quality fruits and my radioactive wasn't too shabby either. I think the only thing that was only mediocre was the steel, but if I'm not mistaken, even that had an OQ in the 800-900 range. It's probably possible to hit +25, but I have a feeling it would take all resources having stats in the mid 900s's to hit it.
