Looking at Heavy Food Addidtives. is a 117 good? I know that with the resources I am using, I can get an 87 medium. but I have no clue about heavies?

The bonus from heaviesgo from 90-120. So yes, 117s are good. 118s are usually the highest generally found, although depending on your server's meat/flora spawns 119s may be possible (but very difficult).

117 is definitely above average yes.
118 is excellent, and I assume chefs would sell their grandmother for 119 ones

Usually 115 and above is good for most stuff
