I retested this not too long ago (between pub 11 and 12), and it did not reduce the downer time at all if SD hits 100 or above.

There haven't been any patch notes about it, but there is the possibilitythe notes for itslipped through a crack (it is kind of a small thing). Anyone tried this lately?
