Thread: Factory Rollback??

So I check my factories today and my run of light food additives is gone.. Infact.. so is the schematic, in fact, it has the OLD schematic from before I ran off the additives in it...
The resources to make the additive, are gone, the output hopper is empty, it's as if I never made the run, only, Im missing the resources and schematic from my inventory/datapad!!
Any idea what this is? And if anyone has had this happen, what can I do to help it?

As for what has happened? No idea. I've never heard of something as strange as this. Try contacting a CSR. Also, is it a cross server lot trade? That's something else you might want to think about.

if it was a server roll back...then all his stuff would be....in his pack or where ever he had before he put it into the factory....unless of course they rolled it back to before he even bought it.......
And even if it was a static lot trader factory he would have removed the owner from the admins list making it so that they could not access the factory? am i not correcting in thinking that way?

Yes, sorry, I wasn't reading very carefully. Probably not a server roll-back if the resources are not back in inventory. Roll-backs can go up to several hours, so if you bought and selected all your ingredients during that time, there's a slight chance a roll-back caused the problems. I've have things disappear out of my inventory, but not out of a factory. I hope the CSR's will be helpful.

it's happened to me too once. but i'm not sure if my resources were gone, because there were just too many in the input hopper

ya guys there's nothing Im gonna be able to do... It was only one run of light additives so it's replaceable, keep an eye out for this sort of thing if you see it happen make sure to report it.. This isnt the sort of bug that can be left idle for long or it could become very game-breaking.
