Most people think that wastril bread is the best thing to grind with...although even with that, it is very slow until you reach Mix II. Then you get ithorian mist, which is great to grind with, and tatooine sunburn which is the very best product we make.

Cooking is also very useful. All the other lines just give you new recipes. Cooking line gives you more experiment points and improves your cooking skill over all.

I did Wastril bread until the first box. Then i took entrees 1. Wastril Bread gives ~75xp each which Stewed Gwouch (entrees 1) gives ~105xp each. That extra 105 made a huge difference and Stewed Gwouch uses water and "organics" which means you can grind it with any organics. Great for using up the crappy resources you have collected. This morning I took Mixology 1 and should have Mixology 2 within a couple of days. Then its up the cooking line for experimentation points. (using Ithorian mists at ~175xp each).

When I grind wastril bread or stewed gwouch and get a 5 useage item I rename it "scooby snacks" or "meow mix" and sell it on the bazaar for 300 credits. This stuff sells out FAST as pet food for the bazillion creature handlers in the game.

Hey Marqie

You'll want to grind out of novice chef with Wastril Bread (70xp). It's a rough grind the first time around, but you'll get the hang of it You'll want fruits and wheats.

As for which lines to take, it varies. I find that Entrees and Mixology are very popular, while many chefs held Desserts for last (as I am doing) because of the lack of milk.

When SOE does the balance pass, god only knows what will be where and what they will buff. I for one am hoping Tatooine Sunburns are moved either to Mixology 4 or Master Chef. A lot of players have only gone up to Mixology 2 and Cooking 4 to make sunburns and sell them cheaply. However, if you wanna make cash and boost your store sales, that's the way to go... stock the only thing we make that's really of any use

Once you pick a good grinding food your going to have to get cooking before you'll be able to make anything worth while. Even the tat sunburn doesn't sell for much unless you can cram a lot of extra uses in there with experimentation.
