Thread: How in god's name have you all missed this?!? Factories!
- Fixed issue where some dots would not always be completely removed when they should be
- Fixed issue where attributes would not regenerate properly
- Fixed a problem with the Imperial theme park
- Fixed issue that prevented the removal of manufacturing schematics from factories
- Disabled DNA sampling from pets.
- Fixed some issues with guild chat channels
- Fixed issue where factory created food would not have the correct quantity
- Fixed an issue where pets could sometimes be called when the player was in combat
- Changed all "delay" moves to use a 30 second timer
- Increased the minimum distance for destroy missions in small cities
Notice the part 4 lines from the bottom?
Hot **edit**!
It's only half the equation though. Now instead of making individual servings of things people don't want, chefs can make crates of things people don't want!
Once they go through and give chefs a lot more useful things to create, the factory fix will be important.
Glad to see they're halfway there, at least.
I'm melee and I can tell you that with the correct food buffs I am a god in combat.

I've got people buying out my Bivoli Tempari every day... I also have people buying out my Tatooine Sunburns and Ormachek.
It's all in the funny names... and the Bantha Poodoo around my house is hilarious.
When we go hunting, I fill up my pack, so crates will massively help there. I will be able to carry more, and a wider selection of items for them once this patch hits

My poor aching fingers wish you were right here. I'm making anywhere from 40-120k a day as a Chef. And it IS a good amount of sunburn, but I sell alot of my other items too.
This part of the patch will just help me catch up, and eventually hold stock. Since, for not wanting it, people sure do clean my vendors out.

The key word there is "correct food buffs". I would be willing to be that there's only certain things you will buy as many of the things available to you are either worthless or not worth wasting precious stomach space on.
My feeling is that if the buff is so small or so short lived as to be useless there's no point in even having it in the game unless there is another intended use for the item (such as combining with another item to make something useful or perhaps to complete a mission of some type). My first character was a chef. My second character was a combat-focused character - I don't buy much food with my combat character as the buffs I can get aren't worth the money I spend. Yes, there are a FEW things that are worth eating, but they are few and far between. Most people I know would rather save their money and buy a few Tatooine Sunburns rather than buy a Bulk Cruiser full of waistril bread.
