Did I miss the post about this weeks 19 questions or have they not answered them yet?

Thunderheart was still hammering out the details on a few questions (including ours). Between the ID revamp hitting testcenter, the second part of the Jedi Archives he posted, and their preparations for E3, I guess he couldn't squeeze in all the work he needed to get the answers taken care of. And he's off to E3 this week, so we probably won't see the answers until next Monday.

One thing to note - I have been playing (guilty pleasure) COH and the dev support there has been outstanding.

After seeing another friend lost 5 months of stuff on a vendor they stocked and watched it vanish 5 minutes later, I'm seriously considering buying CoH simply because of the comments I've heard about cusomter service alone.

Hey guys, was out all weekendso I apologize beforehand if this has been talked about in a different thread.


Someone just asked why the 19 Questions seemed to have disappeared over the last few weeks, and the thread was quickly locked by Garva with no answer provided (Fabulous Customer Service BTW).


So, Randon, do we know what is going on, or have these just been swept under the rug since they realized they couldn't keep answering every question with "Wait for the CB" without further pissing people off?
