You should be able to, but you can't wear a bandolier and a backpack at the same time. Aprons go into the "jacket" clothing slot, bandolier's use the "back" slot, which should be equipable over top of any jacket.

I've never personally tested this, though, so your mileage may vary. You can try wearing a bandolier/apron combination with some non-bonus clothes to see if it works before spending a lot of credits on something you can't combine.
