Check out one ofthe stickys at the top of the page. A nice chart in there by Vandessa. Just look at the categories your interested in and pick a few out. Since you didn't say if it needs to be food or drink or how much of a boost for each, its probably easier for you to pick some out and asks chefs if they make it. Sciguy has a chart of the foods as well, but that one is probably geared towards chefs more as it lists a lot of details that you don't really care about.
