Just in case you guys don't browse the other boards, Thunderheart posted this on the "In Testing" board:
The main thing affecting us is that CMs have a hard-cap of 1 poison/disease toss per 4s (which they can do naturally at Master CM). So Havla is only going to be useful for docs, medics, and non-Master CMs.
This is currently on TestCenter only, planned to go onto Live servers on Tuesday.

It's a needed change, and I have both a Master Chef and a Master CM, so people can't say I'm against CM's
