i saw a screen shot the other day of a person showing off a rifle (though exciting, was not that which caught my attention) what i saw there was a 3 shot of canope in 5 secs...33 filing, seems resonable to me with 100 being the stomache size..but what i can't figure out, and hopefully someone can help me understand this...is why i have a 33 canope, but can only do 2?? now if canope would read 33.xx, i would totally understand in that xx=.44 for example, and this other players might be .12 for argument sake, but, since canope is not listed as such...what seems to be the prob?? thanks for the help..ahead of time

Make sure your food stomache is definitely empty. My customers, and I, can definitely take 3 of my 33filling Canape at a time if wanted, so Im not sure what your problem is.

This is a bit off subject, but I have been thinking about the canape thing, and I just don't think its the best solution to the mind problem. Most people that eat 3 canape, are already on 2 brandy. I think that Ahrisa might be a better solution. The last Ahrisa I made was 33 fill +400 focus for 47.5 minutes. If you drank 2 brandy, and then ate 3 of the Ahrisa, that would add another 1200 focus for longer then your stomach fill timer. Im pretty sure 2 brandy and 3 Ahrisa is more then enough focus to pretty much negate mind costs alltogether.

If your looking for a quick boost to Mind Regen Stats pop 3 Ahrisa for +400 for 44+ min along with 2 Brandy's for +410 for 44 min and you'll see a nice difference. However.
I find that many of my customers will use the following formula with my foods if they are looking for the mind / mind regen boost:
2 Brandy's
2 Ahrisa
1 Canapa
or
2 Brandy's
3 Ahrisa
(this formula is very favorable and many do not go back to using canape much if they use a lot of mind specials)
This major upside to Ahrisa over Canape is Ahrisa last as long as your brandy and you can pop 3 of them at a time.
I basically repeated what some have already said in this post. Just adding my same feelings on the subject.
Ahrisa is a great food when used properly
But Canape still rocks.

To me the difference between Canape and Ahrisa comes down to where your dmg comes from.
If your weapon has almost no mind cost, then ahrisa is next to useless to you. If it has a huge mind cost and canape doesn't take it down enough, then ahrisa might be a better option.
I like ahrisa for PvE only because it is easier to deal with. Eat 3 every 45 minutes, same as brandy and your good to go. Canape to get a constant buff you need to eat 1 each 10 minutes or so.

I usually recommend to new customers that they use ahrisa for PVE and canape, or a combination of the 2, for PVP. Regen from willpower is not important in PVE where all you care about is having the ability to spam specials forever from a high focus, but with CM's in PVP, having high willpower from regen is very important. I actually make special PVP canape for the very serious - it's 34 filling. Take 2 33's and 1 34 in order to most effectively use your mind.
