Have newbie artisan skills?
offer your services to any craftsman. actually offer your lots. There are some who will provide you with harvesters, power and maintenance fees, in return, you sell them what you harvest for 1cpu. They will sometimes even provide you with wp and a list of what to harvest.
Have scout skills? Rancor hunting is lots of meat, in groups/
have Hunting skills? solo rancor missions = 250k in under 3 hours, Plus any meat you can harvest

Rent your lots.
I rent lots from people for a flat 500k a month whether I use their lots or not. Mobile lots, however, so they have to be willing to move them like 2-3 times a month. I usually also tip 100k each move but.

Just invest in a few flora harvesters, and follow the chef guide. You can grind to master chef in about 1-1 1/2 weeks... (Once you get the resources)

Or with a decent macro, two days!

Get some personal harvs and just harvest the materials yourself. The most you would need is 100k for maintenance and harvestors(personal ones work here).
Now if you don't know how to mine or get the 100k, you might want to look into those things before you try to become a chef as your going to need to learn them sometime.

4 million, haa. You can probably master it with 500k. The total amount of resources needed is 229k. If you pay 2 per for all that will cost 458k credits for the resources needed.
