I looked up at the questions thead and got lead to an old food list...anyone have an up to date chart i could check out

What's out of date? I'm not sure how much updating Vandessa has been doing on her chart (the one Sunakk listed), but the big chef one (with all the resources) has been kept pretty accurate.

I should point out, though, that the buff numbers listed are without additives, so they can be between 1.5 and 2.1 times bigger (depending on the size of the additive the food takes).
