I was doing another run of Brandy this morning and i noticed that my Quantity was 10 instead of 18 like last time anyone know what is going on ?

What did you change? If the answer is "nothing", are you sure?

Was your batch this morning with a cask, large glass, or small glass? Was the run you did using a schematic made pre-publish or post-publish? Were the casks new or left from pre-publish?

I'm going to sticky a thread for publish 9 bugs to try to keep these organized, why don't you put the details in there.
