Hi everyone.
I know that FL/OQ and PE are the main stats looked at for berries/wheat/etc.
My question is how does each affect the overall food made? Which is more important. If I have OQ and PE high but FL low, what will be the outcome? Same goes if the OQ/FL are high and PE is low... etc.
Cheers.

The best way to figure that out is to check the food's schematic (either during resource selection while crafting or in the draft schematics in your datapad).
Each experimental category has a listing of the stats that contribute to that category, along with how much they effect it.
Under "Nutrition" (which determines buff size), the majority of foods list "66% PE, 33% OQ". This means that PE contributes twice as much as OQ to the size of the buff, and Flavor contributes nothing.
Flavor's main effect on food is in the "Flavor" category (which determines buff duration), with an occasional use in Fililng. So if you had high PE/OQ berries with low Flavor, you could make something with a high buff, but lower duration.
